• Work-related updates (Complaint Accept / Reject / Completed)

1.3 Service Warrior Information

• Mobile Number
• Email ID
• PAN
• GST (if applicable)
• They Share Their Customer Details to app (Temporary — removed after work completion)

1.4 Trader Information

• Business Name
• Email
• Mobile Number
• PAN
• GST(if applicable)
• Product & Spare Parts Listing Data

2. Payment Information

All payments are processed securely through third-party payment gateways (UPI). We DO NOT store or collect:

• UPI IDs
• Card details
• Bank account information
• Any financial data

We only receive confirmation of success or failure of the transaction.

3. How We Use Your Information

• To assign complaints to technicians
• To allow traders to list their products/spares
• To allow warriors to book complaints
• To send service updates & notifications
• To maintain account verification

4. Data Sharing

We DO NOT sell or share your data with any third-party companies.

Data is only shared internally within apps (Example: Complaint visible to technicians in the same district).

5. Data Storage & Removal

• Warrior submitted customer details are stored temporarily and deleted after work completion.
• Warrior Or Customer can remove/delete their wrong entries before Technician's acceptance.
• Technician accepted complaints cannot be removed until completion.

6. Your Rights

• You can request to delete your data anytime.
• Get Service user can modify or update their profile details any time inthat registered district.
• Get Service user need to re install the app to modify their new district address

7. Children’s Privacy

We do not allow users under the age of 18 to register as a Technician or use our services.

8. Security

We use Firebase Authentication and Realtime Database with secure rules to protect your data.

9. Changes to This Policy

We may update this privacy policy from time to time. Any changes will be posted on this page.
